Ingredients:
- 2 organic eggs
- 1 handful baby spinach, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Holle Organic Whole Grain Oat Cereal
- 1 tsp Organic Baby Weaning Oil
- 2 tbsp Holle Organic Fruit Jar Pure 100 % Pear or freshly pureed fruit (or another variety)
Preparation:
- Crack eggs and mix in remaining liquid ingredients.
- Add oats and spinach.
- Stir and fry in a pan coated with oil for about 2 minutes on each side until the frittata is golden brown.
Makes about 2 servings. Very tasty!
