Ingredients:
- ½ cup chopped butternut squash
- ½ medium kohlrabi (broccoli stems or turnips work well, too)
- 2 tbsp Holle Organic Baby Weaning Oil
- 3 tbsp Holle Organic Whole Grain Cereal of your choice
- Approx. 1 c water
Preparation:
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables.
- Cover with water and cook for about 15 minutes until everything is soft.
- Add oil, cereal flakes, and water.
- Puree.
Makes about 3 servings.
